Once there were two friends - Ron & John. Ron was good in academics and also a good basketball player. He had a god gifted brain and tall height that's why he never faced failures in his life yet. On the other hand, John was an average child he hardly scores passing marks and also had a short height. Both of them were fond of basketball. One day they got to know about an inter-school basketball championship, Both went there to enrol themselves. Ron was the star player of his school hence got selected in playing 5. While john hardly makes into extras. The day of the championship comes. Although Ron was a good player but it was his first big match and unfortunately he losses the match. This was his first failure which he couldn't bear and decided to never play basketball. His talent made him so weak that he cant face a small defeat. While on the other hand, John was"failure-proof". As an average child, he has to struggle for even a small thing and faced failures at each phase of his life may they be in academics or in basketball but he never stops trying and improving and this was the only reason he never left playing basketball. After some years of hard work, he got selected for the state team as a shooting guard. He knew that for shoot he doesn't need height And instead of focusing on his weakness, he focused on building a strength that overlaps his weakness.
Always remember -
1) Success doesn't come alone, success and failures are interconnected. Success without failure is like a car without fuel.
2) Every failure gives you these 2 most important things
1- a new hope
2 - An experience

3) Ignore your weakness & work on your strengths for which is you only need hard work nothing else.
4) Quitting is not the solution to any problem.
